Coach Ken Whisenhunt said if the Titans select Oregon QB Marcus Mariota at No. 2 overall, he'll be the Week 1 starter.
"If he comes to us at No. 2, he's definitely going to be the day 1 starter..I'm very impressed by Marcus," Whisenhunt said Tuesday.
