The Boston Herald's Jeff Howe reports there is "heavy mutual interest" between the Raiders and free agent Martellus Bennett.
Clive Walford disappointed in Oakland's starting tight end role last year, and Bennett's combination of blocking and pass-catching ability makes him the top tight end on the open market. Signing Bennett would further bolster the Raiders' running game and give them a strong red-zone target. Drop-plagued slot man Seth Roberts finished second on the team in red-zone targets last year.

Report: Bucs favorites to land FA Chris Baker

ESPN Bucs reports Jenna Laine reports Tampa Bay is the favorite to land free agent DL Chris Baker.
A 3-4 defensive end in Washington who moved inside on passing downs, Baker would be a full-time defensive tackle in Tampa Bay. Baker would play next to Gerald McCoy and give the Bucs one of the NFL's most intimidating interior fronts.
