1. Panthers tight end Greg Olsen showed up to practice in a helmet and cleats and looks like he will play Sunday, Joe Person of The Charlotte Observer reported. Olsen was sidelined with a knee injury during the Panthers' easy victory over the Falcons in Week 14, but returned to practice Thursday. Cornerback Charles Tillman was also at practice after returning on Thursday.
2. Colts quarterback Matt Hasselbeck was back at practice Friday. Hasselbeck has been sitting out with a rib injury suffered during Indy's Week 14 loss to the Jaguars. If Hasselbeck isn't good to go, Charlie Whitehurst will start for the Colts in this Sunday's division matchup with the Texans.
3. Packers cornerback Sam Shields will not play on Sunday with a concussion, the team announced.
4. Jets wide receiver Jeremy Kerley has been upgraded to probable to play against the Cowboys. The slot wideout has been dealing with a calf contusion.
5. Cowboys linebacker Roland McClain (concussion) has been ruled out and cornerback Morris Claiborne (hamstring) is doubtful to play Saturday versus the Jets.
