ESPN's Adam Schefter just tweeted that CB Tramon Williams has agreed to a 3-year deal with the Cleveland Browns. It's worth $21 million, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Tramon Williams with the Packers: 127 regular-season games, 464 tackles, 115 deflections, 28 interceptions. Not a bad run for a guy who was undrafted, Wes Hodkiewicz says.

Texans signed NT Vince Wilfork, formerly of the Patriots.
It's a two-year deal. Even at age 33, Wilfork remains one of the NFL's premier run stuffers, grading out as a top-six run-defending 3-4 end in Pro Football Focus' 2014 grades. Wilfork will kick back to nose tackle under Texans DC Romeo Crennel, who was Wilfork's defensive coordinator in his rookie year (2004). Wilfork fills a huge need on Houston's nose-less defensive line. He should also be an exceptional mentor for sophomore NT Louis Nix.

Browns agreed to terms with DT Randy Starks, formerly of the Dolphins, on a two-year contract.
Per NFL.com's Ian Rapoport, the deal is worth "roughly" $8 million. Although Starks is going on 32, he still provides pass-rushing heat from the interior. That's something the Browns lacked in 2014. Starks could see snaps at his old position of defensive end in the Browns' 3-4 defense. Starks makes the Browns better, but he's just a situational role player at this stage of his career.
