Steven Hauschka - K - Bills
Bills agreed to terms with K Steven Hauschka, formerly of the Seahawks, on a four-year, $12.4-million contract.
Buffalo cut former kicker Dan Carpenter earlier this week, and Hauschka looked done in Seattle after the Seahawks brought in Blair Walsh in February. The owner of a career 87.2-percent conversion rate, Hauschka did struggle with extra points in 2016, but he is a quality addition for Buffalo.

Matt Kalil - T - Panthers
Panthers agreed to terms with LT Matt Kalil, formerly of the Vikings.
Allegedly healthy after missing most of 2016 with a hip injury, the former first-rounder with a once-promising career will attempt to get things turned around while playing next to his brother, Panthers C Ryan Kalil. Considering the lack of talent available both in free agency and the draft, this is a smart, upside signing by the Panthers. Kalil should take over the left tackle spot from Michael Oher, whose career might be over due to concussions. If Oher is able to play, he could move to the right side.

Stephon Gilmore - DB - Patriots
Patriots agreed to terms with CB Stephon Gilmore, formerly of the Bills.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reports the deal will go through "barring any final snags." Arguably the top corner on the market, it is somewhat shocking to see Gilmore land with the Patriots, who usually do not shop near the top of the market. It is possible he took something of a discount to sign with his former AFC East rivals. With Gilmore signing in New England, free agent CB Logan Ryan will certainly be looking for a new home. The future of free agent LB Dont'a Hightower is also in doubt.

Kenny Britt - WR - Browns
Browns agreed to terms with WR Kenny Britt, formerly of the Rams, on a four-year, $32.5 million contract.
It would seem signing Britt means Terrelle Pryor is leaving Cleveland. Britt turns 29 this summer and is coming off a career year, catching 68 balls for 1,0002 yards and five touchdowns. It was his first 1,000-yard season. Britt had some early-career immaturity concerns, but it's possible he's overcome them with age. Britt is 6'3/223 with a good size-speed combo. He averaged over 15.0 yards per catch during his three-year Rams tenure. Britt will go from Jared Goff to likely another rookie quarterback when Cleveland decides who to draft.

Andrew Whitworth - T - Rams
Rams signed LT Andrew Whitworth, formerly of the Bengals, to a three-year, $36 million contract with $15 million guaranteed.
That ends Whitworth's 11-year stay in Cincinnati. Despite his age (he turned 35 in December), Whitworth remains one of the league's best tackles, earning All-Pro selections in two of his last three seasons. He's an enormous upgrade for a Rams line that struggled to protect Jared Goff last season. With Whitworth taking over at left tackle, draft bust Greg Robinson will move to guard.

Courtney Upshaw - LB - Falcons

Falcons re-signed DE Courtney Upshaw.
Signed to a one-year deal last March, Upshaw only saw 310 snaps in his first year in Atlanta, but he is a versatile defender who can play along the defensive line or at linebacker. The Falcons should be looking for more on the defensive line, but bringing Upshaw back is a solid move.

Alshon Jeffery - WR - Bears

Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune reports other teams believe the Bears have offered free agent WR Alshon Jeffery $13 million per year.
It is below the $14-15 million he was projected to land, but the fact we have not written a blurb about Jeffery since Saturday suggests his market is much quieter than anyone expected. That said, $13 million per year would still tie him with T.Y. Hilton as the sixth-highest paid receiver in the league. Jeffery returning to Chicago is beginning to look more and more likely.

Malcolm Butler - DB - Patriots

ESPN's Dianna Russini reports the Patriots "are considering" a trade which would send CB Malcolm Butler to New Orleans in exchange for Brandin Cooks.
New England reportedly tried to land Cooks earlier this month, but their package including a first-round pick was rebuffed. Butler will not cost New England much this year after they placed a first-round tender on him, but he will land a massive deal as an unrestricted free agent next spring. Trading him now would fit the Patriots' recent modus operandi of trading walk-year players rather than giving them big deals. Throw in the fact New England just gave $14 million a year to Stephon Gilmore, and there are plenty of reasons to give this report credence

Logan Ryan - DB - Patriots

According to Jeff Howe of the Boston Herald, free agent CB Logan Ryan is drawing "solid interest" from the Steelers.
He's also on the Lions' radar. It looked like Ryan's days in New England were over when the Patriots ponied up $14 million a year for Stephon Gilmore, but a return to Foxboro is still possible if the Pats trade Malcolm Butler. Ryan earned PFF's No. 37 cornerback grade out of 120 qualifiers in 2016.

Joel Bitonio - G - Browns

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports the Browns have agreed to a "monster" contract extension with LG Joel Bitonio.

Robert Woods - WR - Rams

Rams agreed to terms with Robert Woods, formerly of the Bills, on a five-year, $39-million contract.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reports the deal contains $15 million guaranteed. It is a nice chunk of change for a receiver who has never topped 700 yards in a season, but that will likely change in what could be a pass-heavy attack under new coach Sean McVay. Even with Woods locked up, the Rams need to add more weapons to the passing game.

Torrey Smith - WR - Eagles

Eagles agreed to terms with WR Torrey Smith, formerly of the 49ers, on a three-year, $15 million contract.
So much for the "strong likelihood" Smith was headed back to Baltimore. That would have been ideal for Smith's always shaky fantasy prospects, but Philadelphia isn't a bad landing spot. Smith provides the clear-out speed the Eagles were desperately lacking last season, and gets to go to work with on-the-rise talent Carson Wentz. Wentz is still an unproven commodity, but will be an infinite improvement on the 49ers' parade of clowns at quarterback. The Eagles still need at least one more impact addition at wideout, either via free agency or the draft. For fantasy, Smith will likely begin 2017 as a WR4.

DeSean Jackson - WR - Buccaneers

Buccaneers agreed to terms with WR DeSean Jackson, formerly of the Redskins.
Per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Jackson's new deal will top $10 million annually. Jackson was connected to a number of teams leading up to his signing, but the Bucs were always thought of as the favorites. The move makes a ton of sense for both sides. Jackson should thrive as a deep threat for cannon-armed Jameis Winston while taking some of the pressure off Mike Evans. Jackson, Kenny Stills and Pierre Garcon are all off the market, leaving Alshon Jeffery and Terrelle Pryor as the top receivers available in free agency.

Report: Glennon deal includes $19M guaranteed

Bears agreed to terms with Mike Glennon, formerly of the Bucs, on a three-year, $45-million contract.
The deal has yet to be signed, but it is just a formality at this point. ESPN's Adam Schefter reports the deal includes $19 million guaranteed, which is a surprising number for a guy the Bears are paying as a low-end starter. It is likely most of that guaranteed money comes in the first year of the contract. Despite signing Glennon, the Bears are still expected to look for a quarterback in the draft.

Ted Ginn - WR - Saints

Saints agreed to terms with WR Ted Ginn, formerly of the Panthers.
One of the league's most dangerous deep threats, Ginn would be a readymade replacement for Brandin Cooks on streak routes if Cooks is sent packing. Ginn, of course, has a far more limited skill-set than Cooks, but would be a nice replacement as more of a role player. The battle for targets would no longer be so fierce between New Orleans' top three receivers. Ginn is coming off back-to-back 730-yard campaigns in Carolina. He will catch some long bombs from Drew Brees.

A.J. Klein - LB - Saints

Saints signed LB A.J. Klein, formerly of the Panthers.
Klein played extended snaps for Carolina last year after Luke Kuechly went down with a concussion. He was a liability in coverage but was passable as a run-stopper. The Saints use a 4-3 defense, so Klein won't have to adjust to a new scheme. Klein said his priority was to sign where he could start. He should have that opportunity at SAM linebacker in New Orleans.

Quintin Demps - DB - Bears

Bears signed SS Quintin Demps to a three-year, $13.5 million contract.
Going on age 32, Demps has been an NFL late bloomer who spent most of his early years playing special teams before emerging as an impact starter in Houston the past two seasons. A playmaker on the ball, Demps set a career high with six interceptions in 2016 and has forced a whopping 18 turnovers the past four years combined. He will slide in as a starter across from Adrian Amos.

Terrell McClain - DL - Redskins

Redskins agreed to terms with DL Terrell McClain, formerly of the Cowboys, on a four-year contract.
Master Tesfatsion of the Washington Post reports the deal is worth "north of $21 million." Washington needed help on the defensive line, but McClain is not the impact option they are searching for, especially with Chris Baker looking likely to bolt in free agency. They still have more work to do.

Kiko Alonso - LB - Dolphins

Dolphins assigned restricted free agent MLB Kiko Alonso a first-round tender.
The round-one tender is worth $3.91 million, and will keep teams away from signing Alonso to an offer sheet. The Dolphins still want to sign him long term.

Pierre Garcon - WR - 49ers

49ers agreed to terms with Pierre Garcon, formerly of the Redskins, on a three-year contract.
NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reports the contract will pay "about $23 million over the first two years" including a $12 million signing bonus. It is a lot of money for a 30-year-old receiver, but Garcon's game should age well and he has a history of success in new coach Kyle Shanahan's offense -- he caught 113 passes while the pair were together with the Redskins in 2013. If the 49ers figure out the quarterback situation, Garcon could be a top-20 fantasy receiver in 2017.

Ronald Leary - G - Broncos
Broncos agreed to terms with LG Ronald Leary, formerly of the Cowboys, on a four-year, $35-million contract.
NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reports the deal includes $20 million in guaranteed money and makes Leary the fourth-highest paid guard in the league, although Kevin Zeitler will almost certainly jump him in the coming hours. Leary is coming off a quality season in Dallas, but the Cowboys were never going to pay him at the top of the guard market with La'el Collins set to return from injury. Leary should be an immediate upgrade on Max Garcia, who the Broncos might try to move to the right side. Despite adding Leary, Denver has more work to do along the offensive line, specifically at tackle.

Nick Fairley - DL - Saints

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports the Saints and free agent DT Nick Fairley are "closing in on a big-money contract."
"Big money" could mean many things, but there was speculation Fairley was looking for $10 million a year coming off yet another quality season. It seems unlikely he hits that mark, but a deal in the $7-8 million range could work for both sides. Fairley has played the last two season on one-year deals.

A.J. Bouye - DB - Free Agent

NFL Network reports the Jaguars are "closing in" on a deal to land free agent CB A.J. Bouye.

Jay Cutler - QB - Free Agent
