Friday injury ronudup:
1. The Bengals were not so optimistic with running back Giovani Bernard, who was ruled out. The second-year back is dealing with an injured clavicle and a hip pointer. He also battled a rib injury earlier this month.
"The rest will be good for him," Lewis said.
2. The Cowboys listed quarterback Tony Romo (back) as questionable.
3. After sustaining a concussion on Sunday, Cardinals cornerback Patrick Peterson is probable for the team's game against Dallas. Running back Stepfan Taylor (calf) is out. Safety Tony Jefferson, who suffered a concussion last week, is questionable.
4. Texans coach Bill O'Brien said "It doesn't look very good" for No. 1 overall pick Jadeveon Clowney to play Week 9. O'Brien called his rookie a game-time decision and is questionable due to an undisclosed illness and knee injury. Clowney played in his second game of the year last week after tearing his meniscus in his debut.
Fellow linebacker Brian Cushing is also questionable with a knee injury.
5. Some good news for a tenacious Chiefs team: Coach Andy Reid announced safety Eric Berry would play Sunday for the first time since Week 2. As such, he is probable.
6. During his media availability, Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said safety Kam Chancellor and left tackle Russell Okung would be game-time decisions on Sunday vs. the Raiders.
Center Max Unger will be active; however, starting cornerback Byron Maxwell (calf) will remain out, as will linebackers Malcolm Smith (groin) and Bobby Wagner (toe) and tight end Zach Miller (ankle).
7. The Philadelphia Eagles had a handful of key players fully practice on Friday in Darren Sproles, Jason Kelce, Todd Herremans, Mychal Kendricks and Brandon Boykin. The first three are all probable for Sunday, additions that should fortify the team's running attack. Safety Nate Allen is questionable, as he's dealing with a bum hamstring.
8. Redskins coach Jay Gruden announced Friday that cornerback DeAngelo Hall re-tore his Achilles at home Thursday night while getting pizza in his kitchen, requiring him to undergo surgery. Fellow CB Bashaud Breeland tweaked his knee at the end of the day's practice, earning a questionable tag for Week 9.
Quarterback Robert Griffin III (ankle) is probable.
9. Cleveland's athletic tight end Jordan Cameron (concussion) didn't practice Friday and was officially ruled out against the Buccaneers. Defensive lineman Phillip Taylor (knee) is out.
10. Speaking of AFC North pass-catchers: Ravens coach John Harbaugh said Friday that Owen Daniels (knee) returned to practice and that the tight end will be a game-time decision. He's officially questionable for Baltimore's rivalry game against the Steelers.
Other Ravens news: Defensive end Chris Canty (wrist) and guard Marshal Yanda (knee) are also questionable.
11. Jaguars coach Gus Bradley said he would be "shocked" if 2013 No. 2 overall pick Luke Joeckel weren't able to play Sunday, per The Florida Times-Union. It would indeed be a shock: The offensive tackle is probable. Joeckel suffered a concussion during Week 8.
12. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced that defensive end Michael Johnson (hand) is questionable, while running back Doug Martin (ankle) is doubtful.
13. New York Giants running back Rashad Jennings (knee) and defensive tackle Cullen Jenkins (calf) did not participate in practice, while cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie (back/hamstring) and punter Steve Weatherford (ankle) were limited.
14. A trio of Colts -- defensive tackle Arthur Jones (ankle), and linebackers Josh McNary (ankle) and Erik Walden (quad) -- missed practice in Indianapolis. Meanwhile, wide receiver Reggie Wayne (elbow), linebacker D'Qwell Jackson (toe) and running back Ahmad Bradshaw (rest) joined cornerback Vontae Davis (knee) and fully participated.
15. After missing three games with a concussion, Chargers running back Donald Brown is probable. Cornerback Brandon Flowers (concussion) missed Week 8 against the Broncos but is also probable.
Linebacker Jeremiah Attaochu, who's battling a hamstring injury, is questionable.
16. The Jets announced that Geno Smith was a full participant at practice on Thursday and Friday. But the New York quarterback is listed as questionable for Sunday against the Chiefs.
17. For the showdown between AFC powers, the New England Patriots will still be without Chandler Jones (hip)as they face the Denver Broncos. Defensive end Dominique Easley is questionable with a knee injury.
18. San Francisco 49ers linebacker Patrick Willis and cornerback Tramaine Brock -- each dealing with toe injuries -- are questionable.
19. The St. Louis Rams have a slew of defenders tagged as questionable: rookie defensive tackle Aaron Donald (shoulder), linebacker Jo-Lonn Dunbar (toe) and cornerback Janoris Jenkins (knee)
