Detroit Lions: Rapoport reported that there was a "strong possibility" the "entire front office" could be fired along with head coach Jim Schwartz. "(There was) some serious dysfunction with the Lions, including the front office bringing in players and coaches simply not using them," Rapoport said. "By the end of the year the two sides -- they weren't really talking to each other."

Washington Redskins: Owner Dan Snyder will meet with coach Mike Shanahan on Monday morning. Redskins coaches expect to be fired, multiple team sources tell NFL Media's Jeff Darlington.

Dallas Cowboys: Owner Jerry Jones has repeatedly supported coach Jason Garrett all season, recently saying that Garrett's "future is bright" in Dallas. Defensive coordinator Monte Kiffin's status could also be up in the air.

Miami Dolphins: Owner Stephen Ross made no promises after Sunday's loss to the Jets, saying he had a "lot to think about." General manager Jeff Ireland and coach Joe Philbin's status remain uncertain.

Tennessee Titans: Coach Mike Munchak has been on thin ice for a while, according to NFL Media columnist Michael Silver. The Titans finished with a 7-9 record and have a new man in charge: CEO and team president Tommy Smith.

Oakland Raiders: Silver reported Sunday that owner Mark Davis gave both GM Reggie McKenzie and coach Dennis Allen signals this week that he is leaning toward keeping them in 2014. Sources familiar with Davis' thinking noted to Silver that an embarrassing loss to the Broncos on Sunday could change things. Oakland trailed 31-0 at halftime before losing 34-14.

New York Giants: Coach Tom Coughlin would not address his future after the Giants' season-ending win. Way back in October, a high-ranking Giants source told Rapoport that Coughlin will have the opportunity to decide his own fate at the end of the season.

Minnesota Vikings: NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported in mid-December that the chances of Leslie Frazier returning to Minnesota were "grim." Nothing has changed in the meantime.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Greg Schiano looked to be in deep trouble when the Buccaneers started the season 0-8. But they went 4-4 to close the season, and Schiano's contract runs another three years. It wouldn't be a surprise if the Glazer family gave Schiano another season.
